摘　　要：特种弹作为一种特殊效应的武器,在作战时具有不可替代的作用,信号的可靠、正确传递关乎作战正确指令的下达,甚至关乎战争胜败。以案例为切入点,阐述特种弹发光异常带来的信号传递误判风险,通过对产品结构设计分析、生产过程因素排查、粘合剂机理分析、故障试验验证、故障复现以及措施验证发现,采用交联固化反应粘合剂制备药剂时必须连续混制,提高粘合剂长链交联质量,提升药剂组分粘接强度,解决星光体强度不足问题,为同类产品研制及生产提供了有力的借鉴及警示作用。Special ammunition,as a weapon with special effects,played an irreplaceable role in combat.The reliable and correct transmission of signals was related to the issuance of correct instructions in combat,and even was related to the victory or defeat of the war.We took a case study as a starting point to illustrate the risk of signal transmission misjudgment caused by abnormal luminescence of special bullets.Through analysis of product structure design,production process factors investigation,adhesive mechanism analysis,fault test verification,fault recurrence,and measure verification,it was found that continuous mixing was necessary when using cross-linked solidification reaction adhesives to prepare drugs,which improved the quality of long chain cross-linking of adhesives,and enhanced the bonding strength of drug components,so as to solve the problem of insufficient starlight intensity.It provided strong reference and warning for the development and production of the similar products.
