摘  要:研究了不同锻造比及正火温度对17Cr2Ni2MoVNb钢材料的力学性能、晶粒度及带状组织的影响,获得锻造比越大(变形量大),正火温度越高,带状组织及晶粒度越优;同时随着锻造比增加,屈强比有一定的下降趋势,这对于直齿轮精锻成形原材料尺寸的选择具有重要意义。通过分析不同锻造工艺对直齿轮精密成形的优缺点,开展直齿轮锻件及模具设计,以及直齿轮闭式锻造工艺仿真分析,完成了闭式锻造成形模具加工,并实现了直齿轮锻件的制造。结果显示,采用闭式锻造工艺可实现企业所用模数直齿轮的小批量生产制造,零件的锻造流线完整,符合锻造成形过程状态。It was researched that the effects of different forging ratios and normalizing temperatures on mechanical properties,grain size and ribbon structure of 17Cr2Ni2MoVNb steel.The larger the forging ratio(large deformation)was and the higher the normalizing temperature was,the better the strip structure and grain size were.At the same time,with the increase of forging ratio,the yield ratio had a certain downward trend,which was of great significance for the selection of raw material size for spur gear precision forging.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different forging processes for the precision forming of spur gears,the design of spur gear forgings and dies,and the simulation analysis of spur gear closed forging process were carried out.The processing of closed forging forming dies was completed,and the manufacture of spur gear forgings was realized.The results showed that the flashless forging process could realize the small batch production of small modulus spur gears in the factory at present,and the forging streamline of the parts was complete,which accorded with the forging process state.
