军用电子元器件质量等级的统计分析研究

摘　　要：军用电子元器件作为电子装备、信息系统的基本单元,直接影响到武器装备性能发挥和功能实现,而质量等级是电子元器件设计选择、采购验收、筛选检验的重要依据,是影响质量和可靠性重要的因素之一。通过梳理分析30余万种军用电子元器件,以生产厂商和数据分类为切入点,梳理了31种类别电子元器件的质量等级和预计等级,总结电子元器件使用现状和质量等级分布规律。在此基础上,深入调研武器装备使用电子元器件的选用原则及选用现状,并提出质量等级的改进建议,为武器装备军用电子元器件的设计研发以及选用验证提供数据依据。Military electronic components as the base of electronic equipment and information system directly affected the performance and function realization of weapons equipment,and the quality grade was an important basis for the design selection,procurement acceptance,screening and testing of electronic components,as well as one of the important factors affecting the quality and reliability.By combing and analyzing more than 300000 kinds of military electronic components from the perspective of manufacturers and data classification,and sorting out quality grades and expected grades of 31 categories of electronic components,we summarized the current status of electronic components and the distribution of quality levels.On this basis,it was deeply investigated that the selection principles and current status of electronic components used in weaponry and equipment,and we presented the improvement suggestion of quality grade,it provided data basis for the design and development of military electronic components of weapon equipment and selection verification.
