摘  要:《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的签订和生效为我国文化贸易提供了新的发展契机,基于贸易指数以及社会网络分析探究了2011-2020年RCEP国家间文化产品贸易格局。结果表明,RCEP国家间的文化产品贸易依赖程度不断加深,日本、韩国、新加坡、泰国和越南为中国主要的贸易伙伴,中国与这些国家的贸易互补性较强,但与新西兰、菲律宾等国家的贸易结构十分相似,潜在竞争性强。RCEP国家间文化产品贸易联系较为紧密,中国、日本和新加坡等国家长期居于贸易网络的核心地位。区域层面上形成了以中国、越南、文莱为核心节点的三大贸易板块,第一板块有很高的凝聚性,在整个贸易网络发挥桥梁的作用,第二和第三板块成员则呈现交融态势。空间格局上,文化产品贸易网络存在明显的核心-边缘结构,两极分化明显,呈现核心聚集的发展趋势。中国应实施出口市场多元化战略,不断优化文化产品贸易结构,加深与第三板块的贸易往来,发挥核心大国引领作用,促进RCEP国家文化贸易协同发展。The signing of RCEP provides a new development opportunity for China's cultural trade.This paper explores the trade pattern of cultural products among RCEP countries from 2011 to 2020 based on trade index and social network analysis.The results show that the dependence on cultural product trade among RCEP countries is deepening.Japan,South Korea,Singapore,Thailand and Vietnam are China's major trading partners.China has strong trade complementarity with these countries,but China's trade structure is very similar to that of New Zealand,the Philippines and other countries,which is potentially competitive.In terms of trade network relations,RCEP countries have close trade links in cultural products.China,Japan,Singapore and other countries have occupied the core position of the trade network.At the regional level,three major trade sectors have been formed,with China,Vietnam and Brunei as the core hubs.The first sector is highly cohesive and acts as a bridge in the whole trade network,while the members of the second and third sectors are in a convergence trend.In terms of spatial pattern,the trade network of cultural products has an obvious core-periphery structure,which is obviously polarized,but it shows the trend of core agglomeration.China should diversify export markets,continuously optimize the product structure,deepen trade exchanges with the third sector countries,and give full play to the leading role of core powers,thus promoting the coordinated development of RCEP countries.
