摘　　要：六西格玛理论从企业质量战略逐渐发展为具有广泛适用性的管理思想和管理哲学,将文化更新、策略转变与统计分析方法进行整合创新,是对现代质量管理理论的继承和发展。研究生学位论文质量管理是一个持续的、不断改进的过程,与六西格玛方法 DMAIC改进模型在理念上高度契合,在研究生学位论文质量管理研究中引入DMAIC模型,是构建研究生学位论文质量管理体系的新尝试。The Six Sigma theory has gradually developed from a corporate quality strategy to a widely applicable management philosophy and methodology.It integrates and innovates cultural updates,strategic changes,and statistical analysis methods,inheriting and developing model quality management theory.The quality management of graduate Thesis is a continuous and continuous improvement process,which is highly consistent with the six sigma method DMAIC improvement model in concept.The introduction of DMAIC model in the quality management research of graduate Thesis is a new attempt to build the quality management system of graduate Thesis.
