医学院校“90后”研究生党员价值观调查与引导研究

摘　　要：以北京中医药大学为例,从政治信仰、道德观念、学习态度、职业规划、兴趣爱好和婚恋观几个方面入手调研“90后”研究生党员的价值观现状,比较“80后”和“90后”研究生党员的意识形态侧重点。结果显示,该校“90后”研究生党员价值观整体上积极健康,相较于“80后”,更加追求个性与创新,同时也凸显着多元性、不稳定性和矛盾性的特点;我们从中既看到了与社会主义核心价值观要求的相容性,又看到了二者间的疏离,因此应当注重引导和培育,使其充分发挥研究生党员价值观的模范带头作用。Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this study investigates the status of values among postgraduate members of CPC of the post-90s generation from various aspects including political beliefs,moral values,learning attitudes,career planning,interests and views on marriage.It compares the ideological focus of post graduate members of CPC between the post-80s generation and the post-90s generation.The results show that the overall values of the post-90s postgraduates member of CPC in colleges are more positive and healthier when compared to the post-80s generation,they pursue individuality and innovation more,while also highlighting the characteristics of diversity,instability,and contradiction.We have learned both the compatibility with the requirements of socialist core values and the alienation between them.Therefore,we should pay attention to guidance and cultivation,so that they can fully play the exemplary and leading role of the values of postgaraduates member of CPC.
