摘　　要：将电子信息化改良SBAR交接班模式与血管外科病情种类及护理工作特点相结合,设计电子信息化改良SBAR交接班表,建立并应用血管外科的危重患者护理交接班模式,以探讨电子信息化改良SBAR交接班模式的应用效果,为提升护理交接班质量、确保患者安全提供一定的参考依据。Combining the electronic information technology improved SBAR handover model with the types of conditions and nursing characteristics in vascular surgery,designing an electronic information technology improved SBAR shift table,establishing and applying a critical patient nursing handover model in vascular surgery,to explore the application effect of the electronic information technology improved SBAR handover model,and provide a certain reference basis for improving the quality of nursing handover and ensuring patient safety.
