公共图书馆信息服务助力乡村文化振兴策略研究——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：作为公共文化设施重要组成部分的公共图书馆不仅为乡村振兴战略的实施注入新动能,更成为推进乡村公共文化建设的重要契机。基于公共图书馆对乡村振兴影响的视角,利用1995-2021年中国省级面板数据,通过对农村地区公共图书馆和乡村振兴的整体水平的测量,采用面板固定效应模型、空间计量模型等多个维度进行实证研究。结果表明:地区公共图书馆数量与乡村振兴发展显著正相关,但存在明显的区域异质性与空间溢出效应,相关结论在稳健性检验与内生性处理后依然成立,因此开展公共图书馆建设是助力乡村振兴战略的重要路径。As an important part of public cultural facilities,public libraries not only inject new impetus into the imple-mentation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also become an important opportunity to promote the con-struction of rural public culture.Based on the perspective of the impact of public libraries on rural revitaliza-tion,this paper uses the provincial panel data of China from 1995 to 2021 to measure the overall level of public libraries and rural revitalization in rural areas,and uses panel fixed effect model,spatial econometric model and other dimensions of empirical research.The results show that the number of regional public librar-ies is significantly positively correlated with the development of rural revitalization,but there are obvious re-gional heterogeneity and spatial spillover effects.The relevant conclusions are still valid after robustness test and endogenous treatment.Therefore,the construction of public libraries is an important path to help the ru-ral revitalization strategy.
