社会人类学视角下的图书馆馆员“刻板印象”研究

摘　　要：借鉴社会人类学视角下的使用整体性观念、关注被研究者的观点和反思已有理论知识偏见这三点特征,通过深度访谈、开放问卷等质性研究方式,对现有的图书馆馆员“刻板印象”进行调查和思考。本文认为暂时还不存在一种称得上是刻板印象的馆员“刻板印象”,而多是嵌套在性别刻板印象或职业分层结构之中进行的讨论,且相较于推动结构变迁,似是更在乎社会声望的变化。进而在未来的研究中,应当“超越”刻板印象,以拓宽对馆员职业群体未来发展的展望。This paper draws on the social anthropology perspective,such as using holistic concept,focusing on respon-dents’view and reconsidering the prejudices of theoretical knowledge,in order to investigate about the exist-ing“stereotype”of librarians through the qualitative research methods such as in-depth interview and open questionnaire.It can be concluded that there is no so-called stereotype of librarian,but rather discussions about stereotypes which nested in gender stereotype or occupational hierarchy structure.And these discus-sions seem to be more concerned about changes in social prestige than to promote structural change.In addi-tion,in future research,stereotypes should be“transcended”to broaden the prospects for the future develop-ment of the professional group of librarians.
