摘　　要：为了有效应对技术的未来变化,文章从新技术投资、灵活高速的连接、互操作性以及技术即服务等方面提出技术投资策略,以确保其技术基础设施具有灵活性,且可以在变革的周期中以最少的开支和努力去维持。文章最后强调,图书馆应该采取积极技术战略,定期重新评估当前环境从而使图书馆基础设施满足当前需求并为未来做好准备。In order to effectively respond to future changes in technology,the paper proposes technology investment strategies in terms of investing in current technologies,flexible and fast connectivity,interoperability,and technology as a service to ensure that library technology infrastructure is flexible and can be maintained with minimal expense and effort through the cycle of change.The paper concludes by emphasizing that li-braries should adopt a proactive technology strategy and periodically reassess the current environment so that the library infrastructure meets current needs and is prepared for the future.
