摘  要:抽水蓄能电站工程建设过程中,很多部位的结构混凝土施工均需要利用脚手架作为支模承力结构体系。特别是地下厂房岩壁吊车梁、尾闸洞岩台梁、上下库进出水口及启闭机房等部位结构混凝土和混凝土衬砌施工,由于其施工总荷载和集中总荷载超过一定限值、架体高度和跨度过大等工况,支模承力结构体系均成为超过一定规模的危险性较大的分部分项工程。如何在抽水蓄能电站结构复杂和荷载超限的混凝土施工中,选择结构安全可靠、现场施工方便、费用经济合理的支模体系是至关重要的。支模体系从结构设计、专家评审到现场实施均须本着安全第一的原则进行。笔者以浙江宁海抽水蓄能电站,全面应用高强度碗扣式脚手架作为超危大工程混凝土支模体系的成功案例,阐述高强度碗扣式脚手架的特点及优势,为广大抽水蓄能电站工程建设者提供一些借鉴和参考。During the construction of pumped storage power stations,scaffolding is used as the formwork supporting structure system in many parts of the structural concrete construction.Especially for the concrete and concrete lining construction of underground powerhouse rock wall crane beams,tailgate tunnel rock abutment beams,upper and lower reservoir inlet and outlet,and hoist room structures,due to the total construction load and concentrated total load exceed certain limit,frame height and span being excessive,the formwork bearing structure system has become a more dangerous sub-project exceeding a certain scale.How to select a formwork system with safe and reliable structure,convenient for on-site construction and reasonable cost in the concrete construction of pumped storage power stations with complex structure and overload is very important.The formwork system must adhere to the principle of safety first from structural design,expert evaluation to on-site implementation.Taking Zhejiang Ninghai Pumped Storage Power Station as a successful case of comprehensively applying high-strength bowl-buckle scaffolding as the concrete formwork support system for an ultra-hazardous large-scale project,this paper expounds the characteristics and advantages of high-strength bowl-buckle scaffolding,and provides reference for the construction of pumped storage power stations.
