摘  要:白鹤滩水电站水垫塘采用反拱底板,规模位居国内第一。底板的反拱结构增加了施工道路、施工机械布置难度,随着各块底板的位置、坡度、分块尺寸等变化,施工工艺随之发生变化,增加了底板施工难度。笔者根据现场施工的探索实践,经总结分析提炼得出适应水垫塘反拱底板不同位置的拉模、盖模、翻模等不同组合的标准化施工工艺及管控要点,解决了施工难题,为类似工程施工提供参考。The cushion pool of Baihetan Hydropower Station adopts reverse arch baseplate,ranking first in China in terms of scale.The reverse arch structure of the baseplate increases the difficulty of construction roads and construction machinery layout.As the position,the slope,block size,etc.of each baseplate change,resulting in changes in construction techniques and increasing the difficulty of baseplate construction.Based on the exploration and practice of on-site construction,this article summarizes,analyzes and extracts standardized construction techniques and control points for different combinations of drawing formwork,cover formwork,and flip formwork that are suitable for different positions of the reverse arch baseplate of the water cushion pool.This solves construction problems and provides reference for similar engineering construction.
