摘  要:总结了涟钢两条热镀锌线的特点,分析了带钢连续热镀锌生产过程中易出现的各类缺陷及产生的原因和机理,提出了有效的解决方案。如热皱折出现的主要原因是带钢中部所受的支撑力小于两边的挤压力;条锌缺陷的形成是因为缺陷部位的晶粒破碎;光整亮点出现的原因则是由于中间层的不完整、辊子表面的异物和基板表面的金属颗粒和环境污染物。生产实践表明,通过优化清洗段、退火炉、炉鼻子氮气加湿系统、锌液成分等各区域的工艺参数,可以有效控制缺陷的发生,提高正品卷合格率。This paper summarized all kinds of defects which are easy to occur in the production process of two continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,as well as their causes and mechanisms,and proposed effective solutions.For example,the main reason for the occurrence of thermal wrinkling is that the supporting force in the middle of the strip is less than the extrusion pressure on both sides.The formation of zinc strip defects is due to the grain breakage at the defect site.The reason for the bright spot defects is due to the incompleteness of the interlayer,the foreign matter on the surface of the roller and the metal particles and environmental pollutants on the surface of the strip steel.The production practice shows that by optimizing the process parameters of cleaning section,annealing furnace,nitrogen humidification system of furnace nose and composition of zinc liquid,the occurrence of defects can be effectively controlled and the qualified rate of authentic steel coil can be improved.
