摘  要:首钢京唐公司采用有压热闷法处理热态钢渣,应用效果比较显著。钢渣有压热闷最佳时间为1.5~2.5 h,在最佳工艺条件下,钢渣粉化率平均为77.4%,钢渣中f-CaO平均为2.1%,钢渣MFe平均为0.80%。在尾渣资源化利用方面,首钢利用陈化钢渣生产干混砂浆,其中钢渣替代天然砂的量为100%,实现了干混砂浆低成本化和钢渣尾渣资源化;以钢渣、高炉矿渣、脱硫石膏等工业固废为主要原料,经加工磨细后按一定比例配制成水硬性固废基胶凝材料,全部替代水泥制备的C30混凝土,28天强度达到42.9 MPa,并且混凝土具有良好的耐久性能;首钢采用化学发泡工艺将钢渣作为细骨料,普硅水泥、钢渣微粉、粉煤灰作为胶凝材料按照一定比例混合,并配以发泡剂、激发剂,生产出不同密度的高附加值钢渣泡沫混凝土砌块制品,其中钢渣的最高掺入量可以达到70%,为钢渣的高值化利用开辟了新途径;首钢还开发出钢渣道路应用技术,采用100%全钢渣级配制备混合料,产品实际应用于路的基层、底基层中。Low pressure self-pyrolytic slaking method was adopted to treat hot steel slag in Shougang Jingtang United Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,which achieved good application effect.The optimum hot pressing time of steel slag was 1.5~2.5 h.Under the optimum condition,the average pulverization rate of steel slag was 77.4%,the average f-Ca0 was 2.1%,and the average MFe was 0.80%.In terms of resource utilization of steel slags,Shougang used aged steel slag to produce dry mixed mortar,where the amount of steel slag replacing natural sand is 100%,and realized low cost of dry mixed mortar and resource utilization of steel slag tailing.Using steel slag,blast furnace slag,desulfurization gypsum and other industrial solid wastes as the main raw materials,the solid waste based cementitious material can be prepared in a certain proportion after processing and grinding.The C30 concrete prepared with the solid waste based cementitious material can reach 42.9 MPa after 28 days,and the concrete has good durability.Shougang adopted a chemical foaming process to mix steel slag as fine aggregate,ordinary silicon cement,steel slag micro powder,and fly ash as cementitious materials in a certain proportion with foaming agent and activator can produce high value-added steel slag foam concrete block products,in which the amount of steel slag can reach 70%.This opens up a new way for high value utilization of steel slag.Shougang also developed the application technology of steel slag on the road.The mixture was prepared with all steel slag grade,and the products were actually applied to the base and subbase of the road.
