槐榆清热止血胶囊联合熏洗治疗混合痔术后患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察槐榆清热止血胶囊联合苦参汤熏洗坐浴对混合痔术后患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月儋州市中医医院收治的192例行混合痔手术患者,随机分为对照组(n=96)和治疗组(n=96)。对照组患者采用苦参汤加减熏洗治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用槐榆清热止血胶囊。比较2组患者的临床疗效、临床症状评分、肛门疼痛程度及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后水肿评分、渗液评分及出血评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者术后3 d、5 d及7 d时视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分显著降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 槐榆清热止血胶囊联合苦参汤熏洗治疗混合痔术后患者疗效良好,不但能改善患者的临床症状和肛门疼痛程度,还能有效缩短创面愈合时间。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue capsule combined with Kushen decoction fumigation and washing in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,192 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery in Danzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group(n= 96) and treatment group(n= 96).The control group was treated with Kushen decoction fumigation and washing,and the treatment group was treated with Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,anal pain degree and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was markedly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,edema score,exudate score and bleeding score after treatment in two groups were markedly decreased( P< 0.05),and all the scores in treatment group were markedly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced at 3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation,and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue capsule combined with fumigation and washing is effective in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and anal pain degree of patients,and further shorten the wound healing time.
