摘 要:某纺织企业穿综车间是通过人工推动上轴车来实现对经轴的转运,由于上轴车和经轴的体积和质量大,导致操作工人劳动强度大,工作效率低。应企业要求,提出了一套上轴车的驱动机构改造设计方案。通过现场考察和对设计要求的分析,运用三维软件绘制出总体的改造设计方案,并根据受力状态计算确定驱动机构中的气缸和驱动电机的型号,完成上轴车的改造。结果表明:改造后的上轴车通过气弹簧减震和主从动切换两种功能,实现了在车间内对经轴的灵活转运,且能适应不同的车间环境,运行效果良好,减少了车间生产成本和工人的工作强度,提高了工作效率。The upper axle trolley were pushed manually to transport the warp beam in a heddle-in workshop of a textile enterprise.The large volume and mass of the upper axle trolley and the warp beam led to high labor intensity and low work efficiency of operators.As required by the enterprise,a set of design scheme for the transformation of the upper axle trolley driving mechanism was proposed.Through site investigation and analysis of design requirements,the overall reconstruction design scheme was drawn by using 3D software,and the model of cylinder and motor in the driving mechanism were determined by force state calculation to complete the transformation of the upper axle trolley.The result indicates that the modified upper axle trolley has two functions of air spring shock absorption and master-slave dynamic switching,which realizes the flexible transfer of the warp shaft in the workshop,and can adapt to different workshop environment.The operation effect is good,workshop production cost and workers’workload are reduced,and the working efficiency is improved.
