清代巢湖流域菱的栽种史研究

摘  要:菱是一种古老的水生植物,栽培历史悠久,是重要的水生蔬菜之一。巢湖流域一直以来是菱的主要产区,充足的光照与水热条件和丰厚的经济效益是清代巢湖流域菱的栽种兴盛不衰的主要原因。经历了漫长的历史演变,巢湖流域菱的栽种在清代逐步稳定,不仅分布范围广、栽培技术先进,还具有多样的功能价值,促进了巢湖流域菱的发展和延续。Water caltrop was an ancient aquatic plant with a long history of cultivation and was one of the important aquatic vegetables.The Chaohu lake basin had always been the main production area of water caltrop,sufficient light and hydrothermal conditions and abundant economic benefits were the main reasons for the prosperity of the cultivation of water caltrop in the Chaohu lake basin of Qing dynasty.After a long historical evolution,the cultivation of water caltrop in the Chaohu lake basin gradually stabilized in the Qing dynasty,which not only had a wide distribution range,advanced cultivation technology,but also had a diversity of functional values,which promoted the development and continuation of Chaohu lake basin.
