摘 要:工业锅炉的蒸汽湿度是表征工业锅炉蒸汽品质最重要的指标,影响着工业锅炉运行的经济性以及后续工艺和产品质量。目前,工业锅炉蒸汽湿度测量技术还不成熟,导致蒸汽湿度测量不准确。该文基于热平衡原理,利用饱和蒸汽和饱和水的焓差,采用冷凝法设计了一种蒸汽湿度测量装置。该装置使用方便,测量精度高,有效地解决了对蒸汽湿度进行准确及连续测量的难点。The steam humidity of industrial boilers is the most important indicator to characterize their steam quality,affecting their economic operation and subsequent process and product quality.At present,the technology for measuring steam humidity in industrial boilers is not mature,resulting in an inaccurate measurement of steam humidity.Based on the principle of thermal equilibrium,this paper uses the enthalpy difference between saturated steam and saturated water,and adopts the condensation method to design a steam humidity measurement device.The device is convenient to use and has high measurement accuracy,and effectively solves the difficulty of accurate and continuous measurement of steam humidity.
