摘 要:结合制药行业VOC废气特点,论述了制药VOC废气治理技术及应用进展。吸收法运行费用较低,但对不溶性VOC组分效果不明显。吸附法需要严格控制入口气体颗粒物浓度,防止堵塞。冷凝法适宜处理高沸点VOC组分。燃烧净化法适合于高浓度VOC废气治理,但应采取防爆安全措施。生物处理法对环境温度的要求较高,以确保生物菌种的活性。光催化氧化法和低温等离子体净化法适合于低浓度VOC废气处理。Combined with the characteristics of VOC waste gas in the pharmaceutical industry,the treatment technology and application progress of pharmaceutical VOC waste gas were discussed.The operation cost of the absorption method was low,but the effect on insoluble VOC components was not obvious.The adsorption method needed to strictly control the inlet gas particle concentration to prevent clogging.The condensation method was suitable for treating high boiling point VOC components.The combustion purification method was suitable for high concentration VOC waste gas treatment,but explosion-proof safety measures should be taken.The biological treatment method had high requirements on the ambient temperature to ensure the activity of biological strains.The photocatalytic oxidation method and low-temperature plasma purification method were suitable for low concentration VOC waste gas treatment.
