摘  要:干煤粉气流床气化炉的炉膛多为水冷壁结构,炉膛外侧环隙压力大于炉膛压力,异常工况需要紧急泄压时,炉膛因承受负压可能导致屈曲失稳变形。使用ANSYS软件,对列管式和螺旋绕管式两种结构的水冷壁进行线性特征值屈曲分析以及非线性屈曲分析。线性特征值分析结果表明,两种结构水冷壁都具有类似短圆筒的特性,相同工况下螺旋绕管水冷壁的临界失稳压力是列管式水冷壁的约2.5倍;目前工程中,影响结构非线性屈曲性能的主要因素为几何形状偏差,非线性屈曲分析结果表明,在工程极限允差下非线性临界载荷降低至特征值屈曲临界载荷的60%。本研究可为圆筒形水冷壁的结构设计提供参考。The furnace of dry pulverized coal gas flow bed gasifier is mostly of a water wall structure,and the pressure of the annular gap outside the furnace is greater than the furnace pressure.When emergency pressure relief is required under abnormal conditions,the furnace may experience buckling and instability deformation due to external pressure.Using ANSYS finite element software,eigenvalue and nonlinear buckling analysis were conducted on the water walls of two types of structures:tubular-tube and spiral wound-tube.Based on the eigenvalue buckling analysis results,both types of water walls had characteristics similar to that of short cylindrical shell wall,and the critical instability pressure of the spiral wound-tube water wall was about 2.5 times that of the tubular-tube water wall under the same operating conditions.At present,the main factor affecting the nonlinear buckling performance of structures in engineering was geometric shape deviation.The results of nonlinear buckling analysis indicated that the critical instability pressure was reduced to 60% of the eigenvalue buckling critical load under the engineering limit tolerance.This study could provide reference for the structural design of cylindrical water wall.
