摘 要:药理学是医学学科中一门重要的专业基础课程,药物的药理作用与其分子结构和理化性质密切相关。ChemOffice是目前应用最广泛的化学结构及分子图形绘制软件,可绘制药物分子的二维和三维结构图,获得药物的各种理化参数,预测紫外、核磁和红外图谱等。介绍了ChemOffice在药理学中的基本应用,旨在引导学生自主绘制药物二维结构式或三维分子构象,加深对药物结构的认识;启发学生的创造性思维,进而提高药理学的教学质量。Pharmacology is a vital foundation course in Medicine specialty,the pharmacological effects of drugs are closely correlated to their molecular structures and physicochemical properties.ChemOffice is currently the most widely-used software for graphical drawing of chemical structures,which can be employed to draw two-and three-dimensional structures of drug molecules,obtain physical and chemical parameters,and predict ultraviolet,nuclear magnetic and infrared spectra.The base application of ChemOffice in pharmacology was introduced,aiming to guide students to draw the two-dimensional structural formulas or three-dimensional conformation of drugs independently,so as to deepen students'understanding of structures.Moreover,the introduction of ChemOffice could inspire out-of-box thinking,and then achieve the high-quality teaching of pharmacology.
