摘  要:随着科技的迅猛发展,人们日渐注重个人健康和卫生,因此对各种消毒类产品的需求也日渐迫切。结合本职工作开发了一款基于真空紫外辐射协同锰基催化臭氧分解技术的高效能消毒机,可通过使用254 nm紫外光和高氧化性的臭氧实现空间灭菌,同时,额外增加了锰基催化分解模组以分解多余的臭氧,从而实现人机共存。With the rapid development of technology,more attention is paid to the personal health field,and thus,the demand for disinfection products has become more urgent.A high-efficiency disinfection machine based on vacuum ultraviolet radiation synergistic manganese based catalytic ozone decomposition technology has been developed in combination with essential work.It could achieve the aim of efficient space sterilization by combing 254 nm ultraviolet light irradiation with ozone,while the manganese-based catalyst continuously decomposed the excessive ozone to oxygen to prevent its harm to people.
