摘  要:随着石油天然气长输管道在中国的建设规模不断扩大,对长输管道焊接质量要求越来越高,普及应用管道全自动焊工艺是长输管道焊接工艺发展的必然趋势。保证全自动焊连续施工将成为关键技术。文章从全自动焊连续施工条件、施工流程、全自动焊施工方法和连续施工措施等方面对全自动焊连续施工技术进行探讨,以期找到进一步提升全自动焊施工效率和降低施工成本的途径,促进长输管道自动焊的可持续发展。As domestic oil and gas long distance pipeline construction scale expands unceasingly,the welding quality of long-distance pipeline is more and more required.Automatic welding process is the inevitable trend of welding process of long-distance pipeline.To ensure the continuous construction of automatic welding will become the key technology.This paper discusses the continuous construction technology of automatic welding from the aspects of automatic welding continuous construction conditions,construction process,automatic construction method and continuous construction measures,in order to find a way to further improve the efficiency of automatic welding and reduce the construction cost,and promote the sustainable development of automatic welding of long distance pipeline.
