摘  要:在炼油厂灌区的日常工作中,油罐脱水是一项重要工作。但是长期以来主要是通过人工完成脱水工作,利用经验观察是否已经脱完,整体劳动强度较大,且有毒气体会对工作人员健康造成影响,还容易受到人为因素的影响存在跑油风险,所以自动脱水系统的应用具有重要意义。通过采用自动化控制的方式,能够有效提升脱水工作质量。因此,文章将对油品储罐密闭自动脱水系统方面进行深入的研究与分析,对系统常见问题进行分析,并提出了系统参数与关键技术等要点。In the daily work of the refinery tank farm,oil tank dehydration is an important task,but for a long time,it has mainly been done manually,using experience to observe whether it has been completely dehydrated.The overall labor intensity is high,and toxic gases can affect the health of the workers.It is also vulnerable to human factors and there is a risk of oil leakage.Therefore,the application of automatic dehydration system is of great significance.By adopting automatic control,it can effectively improve the quality of dehydration work.Therefore,this article will conduct in-depth research and analysis on the closed automatic dehydration system of oil storage tanks,analyze common problems of the system,and propose key points such as system parameters and key technologies.
