摘　　要：文章对医药化工行业的生产现状及安全生产管理的特点进行了阐述,通过对现阶段医药化工企业所面临的安全生产管理问题进行了详细的分析,其问题主要表现在有些企业危险原料比重大、基础设施建设落后、安全管理意识不强以及相关设施设备老化四个方面。因此,分别从管理目标、规章制度、生产技术、人员技术水平以及建立专项资金方面提出相应对策,以期促进医药化工行业的安全生产管理更好发展。This paper expounds the production status of pharmaceutical and chemical industry and the characteristics of safety production management.Through a detailed analysis of the safety production management problems faced by pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises at the present stage,the problems are mainly manifested in four aspects:the ratio of dangerous raw materials is significant,the infrastructure construction is backward,the awareness of safety management is not strong,and the related facilities and equipment are aging.Therefore,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of management objectives,rules and regulations,production technology,personnel technical level and the establishment of special funds,in order to promote the better development of safe production management in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
