摘　　要：螺杆冷冻机氨蒸发器泄漏,将引发气氨压力、温度等参数不稳情况,容易导致安全事故发生。文章结合实例对氨蒸发器泄漏现象展开分析,在完成换热管裂缝外观检查后,分析确定可能导致换热管失效的因素,然后通过材质、金相组织分析等手段确定氨蒸发器泄漏与工艺操作不规范有关。从泄漏处理和预防两个层面提出对策,防止管道因低温而发生脆断情况,有针对性地解决氨蒸发器泄漏问题。Leakage of ammonia evaporator in screw chillers can cause unstable parameters such as ammonia pressure and temperature,which can easily lead to safety accidents.Analyze the leakage phenomenon of ammonia evaporator based on examples.After completing the appearance inspection of heat exchange tube cracks,analyze and determine the factors that may cause the failure of the heat exchange tube.Then,through material and metallographic analysis,determine that the leakage of ammonia evaporator is related to non-standard process operation.Propose countermeasures from the perspectives of leakage handling and prevention to prevent brittle fracture of pipelines due to low temperatures,and address the leakage problem of ammonia evaporators in a targeted manner.
