摘 要:苯加氢装置萃取剂再生塔运行状态直接影响到产物的质量和经济效益。因此对其运行工艺进行研究,对提高苯加氢装置的生产效率、节约能源、降低生产成本具有重要意义。文章介绍了苯加氢装置萃取剂再生塔运行的工艺流程,并针对苯加氢装置萃取剂再生塔存在的问题,从优化萃取剂再生条件、加强萃取剂质量控制和提高设备维护保养水平三个维度探究优化策略,提高再生效率和降低能耗。The operating status of the extractant regeneration tower in the benzene hydrogenation unit directly affects the quality and economic benefits of the product.Therefore,studying its operating process is of great significance for improving the production efficiency,saving energy,and reducing production costs of benzene hydrogenation units.This paper introduces the operation process of the extraction agent regeneration tower thebenzeneene hydrogenation unit,and aiming at the problems existing in the regeneration tower of benzene hydrogenation plant,the optimization strategy is explored from three dimensions,from the aspects of optimizing the extraction agent regeneration conditions,strengthening the quality control of the extraction agent and improving the maintenance level of the equipment,improve the regeneration efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.
