摘　　要：乡村法治建设的有效推动是乡村振兴的关键,关乎新时代乡村“法律明白人”培养工程的落地质效。乡村法治建设离不开法治人才支持,如何将高校法学教育嵌入当前国家“法律明白人”培养工程是一个崭新的命题。在目标逻辑上,高校法学教育的重心在于培育契合现代化发展的应用型法治人才;在实践逻辑上,高校法学教育存在结构型失衡的现实抵牾,难以回应乡村法治建设对人才的需求。鉴于此,有必要在策略逻辑上探索高校法学教育衔接乡村法治建设的新价值认同、潜在的龃龉风险与行动构设,为推进乡村法治建设的现代化转型提供内生耦合性价值策略。The effective promotion of law construction in rural area is the key to national rural revitalization,which is related to the geological effect of the training project of rural“legal talents”in the new era.The law construction of rural area cannot be separated from the support of legal talents.How to embed the legal education in colleges and universities into the current national“legal talents”training project is a new proposition.In terms of objective logic,the focus of college legal education is to cultivate the applied legal talents for the development of modernization;in practice,it is difficult to respond to the demand of rural legal construction.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the new value identification,potential discord risk and action structure of legal education in universities and the construction of strategic logic,so as to provide endogenous coupling value strategy for promoting the modernization transformation of rural rule of law construction.
