教育心理学理论在高校思想政治教育工作中的运用研究

摘　　要：在高校人才培养体系中,思想政治教育发挥着重要作用。当前高校思想政治教育工作中依然存在许多不足:以人为本缺失,教育理念偏窄,教育方法缺乏创新,思政教育环境欠佳。教育心理学的发展为思政教育工作提供了新的思路。通过研究心理状态,增强思想政治教育的效率和效果;运用教育心理学方法,提升思想政治教育的温度和力度;引用教育心理学理论知识,创新思政教学方法;整合多重资源,构建积极的思政教育环境。由此增强思想政治教育工作的科学性、实效性、针对性、主动性、预见性、创新性,提高思想政治教育工作者的心理品质,为党和国家培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。Ideological and political education plays an important role in the talent training system of colleges and universities.However,there are still many deficiencies in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities:the lack of people-oriented,narrow educational concepts,lack of innovation in educational methods,and poor ideological and political education environment.The development of educational psychology provides new ideas for ideological and political education.The efficiency and effect of ideological and political education should be enhanced by studying the psychological state,using the method of educational psychology to improve the temperature and intensity of ideological and political education,introducing the theoretical knowledge of educational psychology and innovating the teaching methods of ideological and political education,integrating multiple resources and building a positive ideological and political education environment,so as to enhance the scientificity,effectiveness,pertinence,initiative,foresight and innovation of ideological and political education,improve the psychological quality of ideological and political education workers,and train qualified builders and reliable successors for the Party and the country.
