摘 要:依托国道207线宝昌段养护大中修工程,开展泡沫沥青现场冷再生基层配合比设计与性能试验,分析了基层铣刨回收料(RAI)的颗粒级配组成和泡沫沥青的最佳发泡参数,进行了全回收料再生和掺加新料再生基层两种类型配合比试验,分析了不同水泥用量和泡沫沥青掺量下混合料性能的变化。结果表明,掺加15%的新集料再生工艺可改善铣刨料级配,有效增加再生混合料强度,提高再生混合料水稳定性和抗冻性,对提升养护项目工程质量效果良好。Based on the maintenance and repair project of Baochang Section of National Highway Line 207,the mix ratio design and performance test of foam asphalt base cold regeneration on site were carried out.Moreover,the particle composition of RAI and the optimum foaming parameters of foamed asphalt were analyzed.Two types of mix ratio tests were conducted,namely full recycled material recycling and adding new aggregate recycling to regenerate the base layer.The properties of RAI were analyzed under different cement dosage and foamed asphalt dosage.The results show that adding 15%new aggregate regeneration process can improve the gradation of milling materials,effectively increase the strength of recycled mixture,improve the water stability and freeze resistance of recycled mixture,and have a good effect on improving the quality of maintenance projects.
