高校大学生就业观培育理路探析

摘　　要：大学生就业观培育是思想政治教育的重要组成部分。就业观是大学生在学习成长过程中逐步形成的就业价值选择观念,关乎国家发展和社会进步。大学生就业观培育工作首先就要认识到就业观培育的价值所在;其次必须遵循教育原则和导向,聚焦国家主流,引导学生去祖国需要的地方就业、聚焦专业方向,引导学生在专业领域内就业、聚焦个人优势,引导学生发挥个人特长就业;最后必须加强思想政治教育、做好国家政策解读、优化就业指导和就业实践课程。The cultivation of college students’employment outlook is an important part of ideological and politi⁃cal education.Employment outlook is the concept of college students in the choice of employment values gradu⁃ally formed by college students in the process of learning and growth.It is related to national development and so⁃cial progress.In cultivating college students’employment outlook,we must first recognize the value of cultivating employment outlook;secondly,we must follow educational principles and guidance,focus on the national main⁃stream to guide students to seek employment in places where the motherland needs them,focus on professional di⁃rections to guide students to seek employment in professional fields,focus on personal strengths to guide students to use their personal strengths to seek employment;finally,we must strengthen ideological and political education,do a good job in interpreting national policies,and optimize employment guidance and practical courses for em⁃ployment.
