摘 要:背景:随着科技的不断发展,虚拟仿真(Virtual Reality,简称VR)技术被广泛应用于口腔医学教育领域。目的:探索VR教学对口腔种植临床中上颌窦提升术相关内容教学效果的影响。方法:按自愿原则,将31名安徽医科大学口腔医学院二年级见习本科生分为实验组(VR教学组)和对照组(传统教学组)。实验组通过安徽医科大学虚拟仿真实验教学平台接受口腔上颌窦提升术教学,体验模拟真实诊疗过程中的手术器械选择及手术操作;对照组采用传统临床见习的手术带教方式,辨认上颌窦提升术的手术器械和流程。结果:实验组学生的上颌窦提升术相关器械辨认与对照组没有显著差异。在手术操作流程掌握情况上,实验组学生明显高于对照组。教学问卷调查结果显示:学生对VR教学系统的直观实用性、创新高效性、使用满意度分别为100%(16人)、100%(16人)、93.75%(15人)。结论:VR实验教学平台与传统临床见习带教方式相比,能够显著提升学生对上颌窦提升手术操作流程的熟练度,有助于种植临床学习兴趣培养与教学质量的提升。Background:With the continuous development of science and technology,Virtual Reality(VR)technol⁃ogy has been widely used in the field of stomatology education.Objective:To explore the effect of VR teaching on the teaching of maxillary sinus lifting in oral implantology.Methods:According to the principle of voluntary prin⁃ciple,32 second-year undergraduate students of Stomatology School of Anhui Medical University were divided into experimental group(VR teaching group)and control group(traditional teaching group).The experimental group received oral and maxillary sinus lifting teaching through the virtual simulation experiment teaching plat⁃form of Anhui Medical University,and experienced the surgical instrument selection and operation in the simu⁃lated real diagnosis and treatment process.In the control group,the surgical instruments and procedures of maxil⁃lary sinus lifting were identified by the traditional clinical training.Results:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the identification of maxillary sinus lifting instruments.The students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.At the same time,the results of the teaching questionnaire showed that the students’satisfaction with the practicability,innovation and use of VR teaching system were 100%(16 individuals),100%(16 individuals)and 93.75%(15 individuals)respectively.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional clinical probation teaching method,VR experimental teaching platform can significantly improve students’proficiency in maxillary sinus upgrading operation process,which is conducive to the cultivation of interest in clinical implantology and the improvement of teaching quality.
