海洋用A514钢与ZGMn13Mo钢多层多道焊接接头组织与性能研究

摘  要:研究了采用ER309L不锈钢焊丝对25 mm厚的A514/ZGMn13Mo异种钢进行多层多道的熔化极气体保护焊。显微组织显示了焊缝组织为铁素体和奥氏体,具有较强的抗裂性,A514钢热影响区组织主要为板条状马氏体和少量的铁素体,未发现碳化物,热影响区存在较大的应力,ZGMn13Mo钢热影响区组织为粗化的奥氏体,晶界与晶内存在大量的碳化物,同时较大的焊接应力导致该侧影响区易萌生裂纹。显微硬度结果表明了焊缝底部和中部显微硬度相对于焊缝顶部较高,A514钢热影响区显微硬度表现为先升后降的特点,ZGMn13Mo钢热影响区硬度持续上升直至达到母材硬度水平。The multi-pass&multilayer gas metal arc welding for the 25 mm thick A514 steel and ZGMn13Mo steel by using the ER309L stainless steel welding wires was studied.The study results showed that the microstructures in joints were composed of ferrite and austenite with strong resistance to cracking,while the microstructures in the heat affected zone of the A514 steel were mainly composed of lath martensite and a little bit ferrite,and no carbides were found and there was greater stress in the heat affected zone.However,the microstructures in the heat affected zone of the ZGMn13Mo steel was composed of coarsened austenite,and there was a large amount of carbides at the grain boundary and within the grain.At the same time,the larger welding stress was apt to produce cracks in the affected zone on this side.On the other hand,microhardness test results showed that the microhardness at the bottom and middle of the weld seams was relatively high compared to that on the top of the weld seam.What's more,the microhardness in the heat affected zone of the A514 steel was characterized by increasing first and then decreasing,but the hardness in the heat affected zone of the ZGMn13Mo steel continued to increase until it reached the hardness level of the base material.
