摘 要:针对月球极区冰采样过程钻具运动参数对钻具受力及对冰采样量的影响问题,开展了离散元仿真分析;利用SolidWorks三维建模软件设计了一款钻具,在离散元仿真软件EDEM中建立了冰的离散元模型;并将设计完成的钻具导入离散元仿真软件中,进行离散元仿真分析;选取钻具的转速作为钻具的运动参数,进行对比分析。其仿真结果表明,随着钻具转速增大,冰的采样量逐渐增大;钻具所受的力矩逐渐减小。Aiming at the influence of drilling tool motion parameters on drill force and ice sampling quantity during ice sampling in lunar polar region,this paper carries out discrete element simulation analysis,designs a drilling tool using SolidWorks 3D modeling software,and establishes a discrete element model of ice in the discrete element simulation software EDEM.The designed drilling tool is imported into the discrete element simulation software for discrete element simulation analysis.The rotation speed of the drilling tool is selected as the motion parameter of the drill for comparative analysis.The simulation results show that with the increase of drilling speed,the ice sampling quantity increases gradually.The torque applied to the drill is gradually reduced.
