摘 要:在相同公称直径、不同偏心距、不同转矩及配合方式下,应用有限元分析方法分析了三弧段与四弧段等距型面联接接触应力的分布及变化规律。仿真结果表明:三弧段与四弧段等距型面联接接触应力沿着廓形曲线呈周期数与圆弧个数相同的周期性分布;增大偏心距,接触区域随之增大,接触应力变小,在满足要求的情况下,应尽可能地增大偏心距;接触应力随着转矩的增大而增大;传递小转矩时宜采用小间隙及过渡配合的联接方式,传递大转矩时宜采用过盈与过渡配合的联接方式;在公称直径相同时,三弧段等距型面联接承载能力优于四弧段等距型面联接。Under the same nominal diameter,different eccentricity,different torque and fit,finite element analysis method is used to analyze the distribution and change rule of contact stress of three-arc and four-arc isometric profile coupling.The simulation results show that the contact stress of the three-arc and four-arc isometric profiles is distributed periodically along the profile curve with the same number of cycles and arcs.With the increase of eccentricity,the contact area will increase and the contact stress will decrease.If the requirements are met,the eccentricity should be increased as much as possible.The contact stress increases with the increase of torque.The connection mode of small clearance and transition fit should be adopted when transmitting small torque,and the connection mode of interference and transition fit should be adopted when transmitting large torque.When the nominal diameter is the same,the bearing capacity of three-arc isometric profile connection is better than that of four-arc isometric profile connection.
