集装箱底部结构静不定系统研究

摘  要:探究底横梁结构及支撑地板中部的底横梁数量对集装箱底部结构力学性能的影响。以集装箱底部结构静不定系统为研究对象,确立力学模型,利用结构变形协调条件,计算不同底横梁结构及不同底横梁数量情况下底部结构的传递力、最大挠度、最大应力及最大剪应力。结果表明,底横梁数量增加,距离载荷近的底横梁传递力减小,距离载荷远的底横梁的传递力增大;底横梁数量增加,同时减小底横梁结构参数,降低质量时,地板最大应力减小,底横梁应力增大;底横梁数量与结构参数变化,地板最大剪应力保持不变。因此,增加底横梁数量有利于支撑地板的底横梁受载均匀;底横梁数量与结构参数变化不影响地板最大剪应力。This paper investigates the effects of bottom beam structure and the number of bottom beams supporting the middle of the floor on the mechanical performance of container bottom structure.The static indeterminate system of container bottom structure is taken as the research object and the mechanical model is established.Structural deformation coordination conditions are utilized to calculate the transfer force,maximum deflection,maximum stress and maximum shear stress of the substructure with different bottom beam structures and different numbers of bottom beams.The results show that increasing the number of bottom crossbeams decreases the transfer force of bottom crossbeams close to the load and increases the transfer force of bottom crossbeams far from the load.When the number of bottom crossbeams is increased and the structural parameters of bottom crossbeams are reduced at the same time,when the mass is lowered,the maximum stress of the floor decreases and the stress of the bottom crossbeam increases;the maximum shear stress of the floor remains unchanged when the number of bottom crossbeams and the structural parameters of bottom crossbeams are varied.Therefore,increasing the number of bottom crossbeams is favorable to support the floor with uniform load on bottom crossbeams;the change of the number of bottom crossbeams and structural parameters does not affect the maximum shear stress of the floor.
