摘　　要：液氧煤油发动机密封波纹管在液体火箭发动机涡轮泵中发挥着重要的密封作用,但该产品尚没有统一的标准规范用于规定产品制造的要求、质量保证规定、交货准备等。文中给出了即将发布的国家军用标准规定的主要性能指标,包括波纹管的典型结构、材料、刚度、有效面积、耐压能力、疲劳寿命等技术要求。给出了适用可行的液氧煤油发动机密封波纹管试验方法和检验规则。The seal bellows of LOX/Kerosene rocket engine plays an important sealing role in the liquid rocket engine tur-bopump,but there is no unified standard specification for this product to stipulate the requirements of product manufacturing,quality assurance regulations,and delivery preparations.This paper presents the main performance indicators specified in the upcoming national military standards,including technical requirements such as the typical structure,material,spring rate,effective area,pressure resistance,and fatigue life of the bellows.The applicable and feasible test methods and inspection rules for sealing bellows of liquid oxygen kerosene engines are given.
