摘  要:为保证飞机操纵系统手柄传动机构服役过程稳定可靠,首先对手柄传动机构的结构组成、连接关系和工作流程进行分析,并结合实际生产情况锁定滑动推柱零件为关键零件,基于对滑动推柱零件的工艺流程梳理和设计要求分析,确定精车外圆工序为影响产品质量的关键工序,为保证该关键工序的表面粗糙度要求,分别通过试验方案设计、回归模型建立和最优参数计算等手段探究最优精车参数,经实际加工验证,精车后的滑动推柱外圆表面粗糙度满足设计要求。In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the service process of the handle transmission mechanism of the aircraft control system,this paper analyzes the structure composition,connection relationship and work flow of the handle transmission mechanism,and identifies the sliding push column parts as the key parts in combination with the actual production situation.Based on the process flow combing and design requirements analysis of the sliding push column parts,it is determined that the finishing cylindrical process is the key process affecting product quality.In order to ensure the surface roughness requirements of this key process,the optimal finishing parameters are explored by means of experimental scheme design,regression model establishment and optimal parameter calculation.After actual processing verification,the surface roughness of the outer circle of the sliding push column after finishing meets the design requirements.
