摘 要:目的为了开发具有良好性能和广泛应用前景的聚乳酸发泡材料,亟需解决聚乳酸发泡材料在熔体强度和结晶度等方面存在的限制,改善其综合性能以扩大聚乳酸发泡材料的应用范围,同时也需符合环境友好和可持续发展的要求。方法基于近期国内外有关聚乳酸发泡材料的最新制备方法及性能优化进展,分析关于泡孔调控及材料组分,总结发泡过程及影响因素,指出聚乳酸与其他材料共混或复合后材料综合性能优化的研究方向及问题。结论聚乳酸基发泡材料是当前市场最具前景的生物基发泡材料之一,随着性能的不断进步,可进一步扩展其在包装、汽车、建筑等领域的应用。The work aims to solve the limitations of polylactic acid foam materials in melt strength and crystallinity,develop polylactic acid foam materials with good performance and wide application prospects,improve its comprehensive performance to expand the application range of polylactic acid foam materials,and also meet the requirements of environmental friendliness and sustainable development.Based on the latest preparation methods and performance optimization progress of polylactic acid foaming materials at home and abroad,the cell regulation and the material composition were analyzed.The foaming process and influencing factors were summarized,and the research direction and problems of optimizing the comprehensive properties of polylactic acid blended with other materials were pointed out.Polylactic acid foam material is one of the most promising bio-based foam materials in the current market.With the continuous progress of performance,its application in packaging,automotive,construction and other fields can be further expanded.
