不同性别对云品鸭的生长性能、体尺性状及屠宰性能的影响

摘　　要：云品鸭是利用建水黄褐鸭选育提纯的蛋肉兼用型新品系。本试验选用120只1日龄云品鸭(公母各半),按性别分为12笼,每笼10只,采用网上平养方式饲养,测定其体重(初生重和2、4、6、8周末重)、体尺外貌(体斜长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫宽、骨盆宽和半潜水长)及胴体品质(屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和胸、腿肌pH24h、肉色)。结果显示,云品鸭0~4周龄阶段体重增长较快,4周龄后速度下降,公母鸭6周龄前生长速度相近。但是,公鸭8周末体重、胸深、胫长、胫围及半潜水长均显著高于(P<0.05)母鸭,而龙骨长、胸宽、胸肌和腿肌亮度均显著低于(P<0.05)母鸭,而性别对其他测定指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,公鸭在体重和体尺指标方面优于母鸭,但二者屠宰性能相近,均具有良好的肉用性能。Yunpin duck is a new strain of Jianshui yellow-brown duck with egg and meat.A total of 1201-day-old Yunpin ducks(half male and half female)were divided into 12 cages based on gender,with 10 ducks in each cage.This feeding experiment was conducted by net rearing method to determine the growth,body size and carcass quality of Yunpin Duck.The results showed that the average daily weight during 6~8 weeks,body weight at 8 weeks of age,chest depth,shank length and shank girth of male ducks were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the half-diving depth was extremely significantly higher(P<0.01)than female ducks,but the keel length,chest width and meat color(L')of breast and leg muscle significantly lower than female ducks.In conclusion,male duck is better than female duck in body weight and body size index,but their slaughter performance is similar,both have good meat performance.
