“全健康”理念下公共卫生专业人才培养模式的探讨

摘　　要：人类、动物、环境乃至整个生态系统早已成为一个相互联系、密不可分的整体。通过地区、国家和全球多学科的协同合作,以实现人类、动物和环境的最佳健康状况的“全健康”理念,为公共卫生人才培养指明了方向,也符合当下中国生态文明建设、人类命运共同体建设所倡导的健康理念与内涵。本研究总结了“全健康”教育理念用于公共卫生人才培养的改革实践措施,进行顶层设计,通过构建“全健康”理念的公共卫生人才知识体系,消除学科壁垒,拓宽公共卫生人才培养口径,推进“全健康”模式下“高层次应用型公共卫生人才培养创新项目”,建设“全健康”模式下国家级公共卫生创新平台,打造国家公共卫生战略科技力量,“全健康”模式下聚焦前沿开展跨学科大团队联合攻关,突破“卡脖子”关键技术等措施,全面提升学生“全健康”的意识、能力和水平。Human beings,animals,the environment,and even the entire ecosystem have long become an interconnected and inseparable whole.The concept of“One Health”,which aims to achieve the best health conditions for humans,animals,and the environment through regional,national,and global multidisciplinary cooperation,has pointed out the direction for the cultivation of public health talents,and is also in line with the health concepts and connotations advocated by China.This study summarizes the reform and practical measures of using the“One Health”education concept for public health talent cultivation,and conducts top-level design,including constructing a public health talent knowledge system,eliminating disciplinary barriers,expanding the scope of public health talent cultivation based on the“One Health”concept,promoting the“high-level applied public health talent cultivation innovation project”under the“One Health”model,building a national level public health innovation platform and a national public health strategic technology force under the“One Health”model,focusing on interdisciplinary team joint cutting-edge research and breaking through key“bottleneck”technologies under the“One Health”model,and comprehensively enhances students awareness,ability,and level of“One Health”.
