棍术对中国古典舞身法训练的价值与意义

摘　　要：中国古典舞学科建立的过程中,大量学习借鉴中国传统武术,例如“剑术”就被吸收为“中国古典舞身韵”训练的重要组成部分,成为其主干教材之一。如果说“剑”是中国传统武术短器械的代表,那么,素有“百兵之首”之称的“棍”则是当之无愧的长器械代表。文章探讨在中国古典舞学科训练体系中,融入中国传统武术“棍术”的“以身带器,以器练身”训练,对强化舞者“由内而外、内运而外动”的身法核心要领的价值与意义。In the process of establishing the discipline of Chinese classical dance,the traditional Chinese martial arts have been intensively studied and used for reference.For instance,“Chinese sword art”(also known as Jian Shu)has been assimilated into the“body rhythm of Chinese classical dance”as an important part of its training system and has been incorporated into its major textbooks.If the“Chinese sword”represents the ancient short weapon of the traditional Chinese martial arts,the“Chinese stick”,(also known as Gun),with the honor of“The Top Weapon of All”,stands for the typical long weapon.This paper discusses the value and significance of integrating the Chinese stick art of traditional Chinese martial arts into the training system of Chinese classical dance by combining its training concept of“controlling props through body movements and practicing body movements with props”and applying its core training method of“from-inside-out and drive the body movements with inner power”.
