摘 要:共情能力关乎学生人格的塑造,对于他们交往沟通能力的养成也起着至关重要的作用。国际标准舞作为从西方舶来的舞蹈,融社交、健身、气质养成于一身,经过数十年的发展,国际标准舞已经成为许多高校的必修、选修课程。国际标准舞本身特有的文化礼仪符号以及独特的双人协作的舞蹈形式能够对大学生的有效沟通与相互尊重等能力产生积极影响。通过国际标准舞提升共情能力课程的开发和实践也势在必行。文章旨在通过分析对国际标准舞课程的认知以及实证研究,阐明国标舞如何提升大学生的共情能力。The ability to empathize is related to the shaping of students'personalities,and also plays a crucial role in developing interpersonal skills.Ballroom dance,as a dance spread from the West,involves social interaction,fitness,and the cultivation of temperament.After decades of development,it has entered the“ivory tower”and become compulsory or elective courses in many universities,whose values have been widely accepted by Chinese society.The unique cultural and etiquette symbols of ballroom dance itself,as well as its special dance form of two-person collaboration,can produce a positive impact on the effective communication and mutual respect of college students.It is also imperative to develop and practice ballroom dance courses to enhance students'empathy.By analyzing ballroom dance courses and conducting empirical research and surveys,the paper aims to elucidate how ballroom dance affects the empathy of college students.
