摘　　要：中国农垦农业与二、三产业融合发展是推动我国农垦农业高质量发展、保障我国粮食安全的重要途径。文章基于我国农垦体系核心任务,利用客观赋权法、改进的耦合协调度模型、核密度函数及指标差分法综合评价并分析我国农垦农业与二、三产业融合发展水平。研究结果表明:我国东、中、西部地区农垦农业与二、三产业融合发展水平整体不高,发展态势由“东高西低”向“东西高,中间低”演变,且呈分散的多极化发展趋势;垦区拓展融合和垦区融合效益是当前我国农垦产业融合发展进步的主要动力,而垦区内部融合失调则是当前的主要制约因素。基于此,提出应继续深化农垦体制改革,利用数字技术优化垦区农业生产结构、发展特色农业,加强“垦间”及“垦地”交流合作等政策建议。The integrated development of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries in China's reclamation is an important way to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in China's reclamation areas and guarantee China's food security.Based on the core tasks of China's agricultural reclamation system,this paper comprehensively evaluates and analyses the level of integrated development of China's agricultural reclamation with secondary and tertiary industries using the objective empowerment method,the improved coupled coordination degree model,the kernel density function and the indicator difference method.The results of the study show that:the overall development level of the integration of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries of reclamation in the eastern,central and western regions of China is not high,and the development trend evolves from“high in the east and low in the west”to“high in the east and high in the west and low in the middle”,and presents a scattered multi-polarisation development trend.The main driving force of the development of industrial integration in China's reclamation is the local development and integration and integration benefits,while the disorder of internal integration is the main limitations.Based on this,this paper proposes to continue to deepen the institutional reform of agricultural reclamation,use digital technology to optimize the structure of agricultural production in reclamation areas,develop agriculture with special characteristics,and to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between reclamation areas,etc.
