摘　　要：自2015年“互联网+”行动计划提出以来,我国农村地区互联网普及率大幅上升,极大改变了农民行为方式和乡村治理格局。文章基于2022年中国土地经济调查数据,使用扩展Probit回归、KHB中介效应检验等方法,实证分析了互联网使用对农民生活垃圾分类行为的影响及其作用机理,并考察了互联网对不同类型农民的差别化效应。研究发现:使用互联网可以促进农民的生活垃圾分类行为,且该结果具有很好的稳健性;互联网通过认知引导和社会资本提升来促进农民参与生活垃圾分类,相对于其他中介变量,环境认知和社会规范所发挥的中介效应更大;互联网对于普通农户分类行为的正向影响比干部户更强,对二兼农户的作用比一兼农户更大。因此,政府应重视互联网在乡村环境治理中的作用,借助互联网的宣传和影响,引导农民参与生活垃圾分类实践。Since the“Internet plus”action plan was put forward in 2015,the Internet penetration rate in rural areas has increased significantly,which has greatly changed the behavior of farmers and rural governance pattern.Based on the 2022 China Land Economy Survey data,this article empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of internet use on farmers' household waste classification behavior using methods of extended Probit regression and KHB mediation effect test,and respectively examines the effects of the Internet on different types of farmers.The results are as follows.First,the Internet use can promote farmers' household waste classification behavior,and this result shows fine robustness.Second,the Internet promotes farmers' participation in household waste classification through cognitive guidance and social capital enhancement,and the mediating effect of environmental cognition and social norms is greater compared to other mediating variables.Third,the positive impact of the Internet on the classification behavior of ordinary farmers is stronger than that of cadre households,and the impact on the partial farmers is greater than that of the total farmers.Therefore,the government should attach importance to the role of the Internet in rural environmental governance,and guide farmers to participate in the practice of household waste classification through the promotion and influence of the Internet.
