摘 要:掌握核磁共振的电磁环境现状,可为核磁共振电磁辐射环境防治提出相应的解决对策。文章建立了医用核磁共振电磁辐射环境监测方法,对深圳市医用核磁共振电磁辐射环境的静态磁感应强度和射频电场强度进行了监测分析。结果表明:超过静态磁感应强度环境背景值(100μT)水平的监测点位占比65.77%,静态磁感应强度>500μT的点位占比15.5%,射频电场强度监测结果均<5.4 V/m,周边辐射环境的主要影响因子为静态磁感应强度,存在静态磁感应强度环境泄露的主要点位为观察窗、防护门、防护墙。从监测评价结果划定监督控制区和悬挂警示牌,强化重点区域的屏蔽设计,建立核磁共振电磁环境的国家标准体系等方面重点加强,以便降低核磁共振电磁环境曝露。Mastering the current electromagnetic environment of nuclear magnetic resonance can provide corresponding solutions for the prevention and control of nuclear magnetic resonance electromagnetic radiation environment.An environmental monitoring method for medical magnetic resonance electromagnetic radiation was established,and the static Magnetic flux density and radio frequency electric field intensity of medical magnetic resonance electromagnetic radiation environment in Shenzhen were monitored and analyzed.The results show that horizontal monitoring points with the ambient background value of static Magnetic flux density>100μT accounted for 65.77%.The points with static Magnetic flux density>500μT accounted for 15.5%.The monitoring results of the radio frequency electric field strength were<5.4 V/m.The main influence factor of the surrounding radiation environment was the static Magnetic flux density.The main points with static Magnetic flux density environmental leakage were observation windows,protective doors,and protective walls.From the monitoring and evaluation results,the supervisory control area was hung warning signs,the shielding design of key areas was strengthened,and the national standard system of nuclear magnetic resonance electromagnetic environment was established,to reduce the exposure of nuclear magnetic resonance electromagnetic environment.
