典型综合工业园区污水处理存在的问题与对策——以江西抚州某典型综合工业园区为例

摘　　要：为加强工业废水处理,国家出台相关政策,逐步将工业企业迁入废水处理设施相对完善的工业园区,实现工业废水集中收集和统一处理。以江西抚州某典型综合工业园区为例,结合案例工业园区污水处理存在的园区规划管理滞后、上游企业排污不规范、污水处理厂运行效率低等现状问题,从园区产业布局和排污管理、上游企业预处理、污水处理厂运行等方面进行分析评估。针对案例工业园区污水处理实际运行过程存在的问题,提出了园区政府规范管理、上游企业规范排污、污水处理厂提高处理效率等方面的对策和措施,为综合工业园区污水处理稳定达标运行提供技术支撑。To strengthen industrial wastewater treatment,the state has issued relevant policies to gradually move industrial enterprises into industrial parks with relatively complete wastewater treatment facilities to achieve centralized collection and unified treatment of industrial wastewater.Taking a typical comprehensive industrial park in Fuzhou,Jiangxi as an example,combined with the current problems of lagging park planning and management,irregular sewage discharge of upstream enterprises,and low operation efficiency of sewage treatment plants in sewage treatment in case industrial parks,the analysis and evaluation were carried out from the aspects of industrial layout and sewage discharge management,upstream enterprise pretreatment,and sewage treatment plant operation.In view of the problems existing in the actual operation process of sewage treatment in case industrial parks,countermeasures and measures for standardized management of the park government,standardized sewage discharge by upstream enterprises,and improvement of treatment efficiency of sewage treatment plants were proposed,so as to provide technical support for the stable operation of sewage treatment in comprehensive industrial parks.
