摘  要:采用“初沉池-内循环厌氧(IC)反应器-中间沉淀池-A^(2)/O(厌氧/缺氧/好氧)-二沉池-反应池-终沉池”工艺处理葡萄酒生产废水,处理规模为300 m^(3)/d。检测结果表明,该工艺对COD、NH3-N、TN和TP都有较好的去除效果,最终出水完全满足《DB 37/3416.5—2018山东省半岛流域水污染物综合排放标准》一级标准和《GB 5084—2021农田灌溉水质标准》旱作标准要求,可用于葡萄基地灌溉。工程实例证明该工艺具有运行稳定、投资少、运行费用低、出水清澈等优点,同时具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。The process of"primary sedimentation tank-internal circulation reactor-intermediate sedimentation tank-A^(2)/O(anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic)-secondary sedimentation tank-reaction tank-final sedimentation tank"was used to treat the wastewater of wine production,which has the capacity of 300 m^(3)/d.The result showed that the process had good removal efficiency for COD,NH3-N,TN and TP.The final effluent completely met the first standard of“integrated wastewater discharge standard in Shandong Peninsula basin”(DB 37/3416.5—2018)and the standard of the dry farming irrigation in the“farmland irrigation water quality standard”(GB 5084-2021).It can be used for the irrigation of grape bases.The practical project proved that the process had many advantages,such as stable operation,low investment,low running cost and clear water effluent,and it also had good economic and environmental benefits.
