摘 要:为探究消防员重型防化服化学污染的洗消效果评价方法,以聚氯乙烯防化服面料为研究对象,利用自主研制的洗消试验平台,综合开展了酸污染、碱污染、有机污染和无机污染等对防化服面料的污染特征及水喷淋洗消试验研究,探究pH、荧光效应、紫外光谱及色谱技术等不同表征方法对污染洗消效果的评价能力。结果表明,pH变化适用于酸碱污染及其洗消效果评价,荧光法适合辅助评估针对有机化学污染液的洗消剂及洗消技术工艺的有效性,紫外光谱技术与荧光法结合对于评价防化服面料有机化学污染残留具有一定的效果,而色谱技术适用于针对二甲苯污染的残留及洗消率评判。In order to explore the evaluation method of the decontamination effect of the chemical pollution from the heavy chemical protective clothing,taking polyvinyl chloride chemical protective clothing fabric as the research object,the decontamination test platform was independently developed to comprehensively carry out the pollution characteristics of acid pollution,alkali pollution,organic and inorganic pollution on chemical protective clothing.Also,the water spray decontamination test was carried out.The ability of different characterization methods such as pH value,fluorescence effect and ultraviolet spectrum to evaluate the pollution decontamination effect were explored.The results showed that the change of pH value was suitable for the evaluation of decontamination effect from acid-base pollution,the fluorescence method was suitable for auxiliary evaluation of the decontamination agent and decontamination technology for organic chemical pollution liquid.The combination of ultraviolet spectroscopy and fluorescence method had a certain effect on the evaluation of organic chemical pollution residues of chemical protective clothing fabrics.The chromatographic technique was suitable for evaluating the residual and decontamination rate of xylene pollution.
