摘  要:在牧草青贮利用过程中,有氧稳定性是保障牧草青贮品质的一项重要指标,有氧稳定性较差时青贮饲料会发生二次发酵和有氧腐败,降低牧草的利用价值,造成大量的经济损失。本文综述了国内外关于不同青贮加工方法和添加剂对牧草青贮好氧稳定性影响的研究,从目前的研究进展来看,合理的加工方式和添加剂能有效抑制牧草青贮饲料的二次发酵,乳酸菌、丙酸菌和纤维素酶等添加剂能有效改善青贮饲料的有氧稳定性,其中布氏乳杆菌和有机酸添加剂的使用能显著增加牧草青贮有氧稳定的时间。本文通过总结影响牧草青贮有氧稳定性的因素,对牧草青贮有氧稳定性的发展方向作出了展望,为牧草青贮生产加工和利用过程中提高有氧稳定性提供理论参考。In the process of forage silage utilization,aerobic stability is an important index to ensure the quality of forage silage.When the aerobic stability is poor,secondary fermentation and aerobic spoilage of silage will occur,which will reduce the utilization value of forage and cause a lot of economic losses.This paper reviewed the research on the effects of different processing methods and additives on the aerobic stability of forage silage at home and abroad.From the current research progress,it is clear that reasonable processing methods and additives can effectively inhibit the secondary fermentation of forage silage.Additives such as Lactobacillus,Propionibacterium and cellulase can effectively improve the aerobic stability of silage,among which Lactobacillus brucei and organic acid preparations can significantly prolong the aerobic stability time of forage silage.This paper summarized the factors affecting the aerobic stability of forage silage and gives an outlook on the development direction of aerobic stability of forage silage,aimed to provide a theoretical reference for improving the aerobic stability of forage silage in production practice.
